Windows Vista Reviewed

I see Microsoft's idea of a Media Player is still craptastic as ever.

Stop trying, Billy Boy. You'll never get it right. Ever.

I wonder if they'll support E4X in IE7. If they don't, they'll have a horse of angry AJAX developers thirsting for blood outside their campus 😉

I was hoping maybe they'd announce they'd fixed the bsod but sadly that technology is not yet available.

😕

You are easily confused.

It's difficult to "fix" hardware problems and bad drivers, which are what cause BSODs in the first place.

BitTorrent.
You too could have a copy of the beta and check it out for yourself.

You mean MS taking idea from OSX?!?!?!?!? Noooo.. can't be. Shens. 😀

Yeah Vista does have an OSX feel to it. Especially in the way they've done the file folders. I can tell you one thing though its going to be a resource hog from hell.

You're exactly right. I think it's worth noting, however, that BSOD's have become *rare* events since the NT kernel'd OS's hit mainstream usage. I'm *quite* pleased with XP. It's fast, it's stable, and I can customize the hell out of it before I even *install* it 🙂
