Windows Vista Optimization?

I was wondering if anyone knows of a reliable source of information to optimize Vista? What I really want is a list of services that can be disabled like the blackviper list that was around for XP. And any other optimization information that I can use.

How to optimize Vista:

1. Format your harddrive as FAT32
2. Install Windows 98 SE
3. Don't install antivirus or firewalls cuz you are 1337 enough not to get that cr@p
4. ...
5. Profit.

Vista will automatically optimize itself and in my case the more I used it the faster it became. The only thing I did was disable that annoying sidebar. Not a worthy competitor for Widgets at all, IMHO.

I have used Totalidea (Germany) tweak for XP for years - now they have a new version, TweakVI designed for Vista. It is most certainly worth a look.
