Windows Vista on Intel Mac.

As long as drivers are put out it should work fine, the only real difference is the EFI firmware and with the bootcamp crap even that doesn't matter.
 
No reason for it not to run on a Macintel. Drivers would be the only problem, but XP has the same issues on Macs anyway.
