Windows Vista Home Premium Help (Media Center Questions)

Ok, I'm about to purchase a new pc with Vista Home Premium. The system comes complete with a
tv tuner card that has both NTSC and ATSC cabability. Will Vista allow a program guide to display
both the regular cable channels along with what OTA HDTV channels are available?

Further, I noticed an option of Windows Vista that includes support for a Digital Tuner at now extra
charge. Should I purchase this option or is that for something different? Is it worth getting for
future security?

If this doesn't make sense, let me know and I can elaborate more.

Yes.

The DT is formally known as OCUR. It's a device that uses a cable card to give you full digital cable (including premium channels, HD, etc) without a box from the cable company. It can only be purchased with a system that supports DT, you can't add it later.
