Does anyone know how to remove the Vista Beta 2 watermark?

For me it is like the TV watermarks, you get use to it, or for some they do. For me it distracts my eyes all the time and bothers me, and is the same with this Vista one too.

THANKS

That is probably there to stay for the reason that you eventually upgrade to the full version. Also, perhaps it has an alternative purpose so small time business sellers don't try to rip off customers by charging them money for access to "early version of Windows Vista!"

Mr Smiley and Stash, do you run Unix?

If you are a Unix hacker, then you'll understand this as part of my reason also, beyond the distraction it causes me. It's part of the interest in learning as well.

Mr Smiley, if you look at my "WorkRig", you'll see I run XP already, besides Linux and Vista on the box.

ALOHA

P.S. This has nothing to do with worry. I'm running Vista to learn for my work. ;)

That's ODD... I didn't even know it was there....till just now.
Man, if that bothers you, I really don't know what to say. Maybe all the icons on your desktop bother you too. Dude, that watermark is totally in the corner, any window will go over it... You're acting like it stays on TOP OF ALL YOUR APPLICATIONS.... it DOESN'T... you're running a FREE copy of Windows, get used to it. and when Vista actually comes out, you can go out a buy a copy of it and not worry about the watermark.

How about you use your leet hacking skillz for the actual purpose of the beta program?? Find some REAL bugs and file them. Or sit around staring at tiny words on your desktop, I don't care.
