Windows Vista 64bit

I was looking around at newegg this morning and i saw that the memory I had purchased just 5 months ago is down to $140 from $240. I'm thinking about upgrading to Vista 64bit. (By they way I have a Core 2 Duo E6600, 2GB Corsair XMS, 8800GTS, Asus P5B Deluxe.) I was wondering If 4GB of memory would do be some good with going to 64bit. Is it worth the money?

Yes, I have gotten my commit charge up to 3.5GB while gaming(Oblivion) in Vista 64. The SuperFetch feature will also find more things to cache if you give it more RAM.

If you have to ask, then you probably don't need the extra memory.
