Windows Virtual PC on Win7 Pro RTM

I am trying to run XP Mode on Win7 x64 Pro RTM. The problem I am experiencing is that there is major slowdowns and general lag when trying to run any app in the Virtual PC or in XP Mode. Everything works, but when typing, there will be a few seconds of delay.

Anyone else having this issue?
 
im running under core i7, and it's perfectly fine for me, no lag, the only it lag is when i just start xp mode.. but after that it's fine, it's whenever i am try to access network stuffs it lags too..
 
The only lag I encounter is transferring files between 7 and xp, that seems to cause the OS to pause for a second . After the application is up and running I don't have any problems.
