windows virtual desktop manager

Anybody got any experience with a virtual desktop manager for Win XP or Win 7.

Sysinternals web page says "desktops" is lightweight and free from bugs that other ones have.

I used desktops for a bit, but sadly Windows just wasn't designed the same way that X on unix was so it ends up being a PITA. You get multiple instances of explorer, you can't move windows between desktops, etc. I never tried the other two so I don't know if they have the same limitations or not.
