Windows utility to monitor CPU usage per application?

Are there any CPU monitor programs that will tell me what amount of CPU a given program is using?

I can't belive I forgot that, I'm running win98se. I'm looking for some output like a "top" command gives in unix.

Alternately, there's the program WinTop from the MS KernelToys set. It says only Win95, but it works for me in Win98.
