Curious. I was using Outlook 6 (xp) for a long time, looking at switching to something else.
Curious on what others like/prefer.

I use Eudora 5.1 at home (XP Pro) and at work (W2K) and it works very well with both. I have also run it on W98. It was very easy to setup and I can't ever remember having any problems with it.

1) What is SSH

2) I put Eudora 5.1.1 on, tried to import my mail and address book from outlook xp, and it failed terribly. So i think I'll stick with OE =)

2 things.
Outlook express because i can easily access my hotmail account and delete stuff faster than if i actually logged into hotmail.
Mozilla because it works like Outlook with exception to the hotmail thing and i use mozilla anyway so it's good to have everything all together ehehehe

Eudora 5.1 is DA BOMB!!! seriously, with all the Oultook exploits and security holes, I don't think I'll ever use it. Eudora is a FREE simple no-nonsense email client that gets the job done. And it's not Microsoft!

same thing as telnet, but provides security via public/private key encryption.

ssh

The Bat!
I've used Outlook Express, and telnet, supported Eudora, Pegasus and netscape but The Bat! is simply the best email program that gives me the level of power that I think most power users can appreciate.

You want FULL control? Here it is :)
Just a happy user and did I mention that they have a fully functioning demo?
