If an OEM copy of Windows was upgraded with a retail boxed Windows XP upgrade, does it stay an OEM license or does it become a retail license?

The main concern here is if the Windows XP license is transferable to a new computer.

Separate question, what if I wanted to move the XP upgrade from one computer to another?
 
oem + retail upgrade = retail = you can transfer it to another computer as long as it's only installed on one pc at a time
