windows updates incompatible with panda antivirus??

windows 8.1


windows updates get stuck at “preparing to install”


troubleshooting solves the problem, but it disables panda antivirus.


after windows updates' installation, i've got to switch panda antivirus back on.


any suggestion would be appreciated
