Windows Update will not let me download Service Pack 2 for win2k pro

I have been updating my system with the latest updates for win2k pro. I completed all of them except for the service pack2 update, which does not appear on the update list anymore for me to download. Under my system, it still says i am running service pack 1. What can I do to get this update and can i download it manually?
