Windows Update: Root Certificate Update had SUNK my IE. Help!

W2k, IE6. After I applied the Root Certificates update using Windows Update, IE can no longer establish a secure connection without throwing up a warning about untrusted root authority. It looks like windows update had the net effect of completely wiping all my certificates.

Anybody have any ideas about what I can do at this stage. I REALLY REALLY don't want to have to do a full W2k reinstallation.
