Windows Update / Outlook Express Problem

Windows Update f*<ked Outlook Express in all the accounts except the administrator account. The update to Windows Messanger supposedly integrates the Windows Messanger into OE, but now Windows Messanger won't load in any accounts but the admin account.

Net result - OE hangs when it tries to open WM. Not only that, but WM is rendered totally useless now and I have no idea how to get it back. I already tried system restore - it had no effect.

If you restored the system to a date before you updated and it didn't work, you're screwed!

have you tried uninstalling WM then reinstalling it?
