Windows Update not working properly???

Everytime I scan my system, it shows no updates! I find this very hard to believe because it's a fresh install.

Anyone know were I can delete the ActiveX control it downloaded on my system so I can try again? I'm sure it should be in the Downloaded Program Files folder, however the only thing in there is Shockwave Flash.
