Windows update down?

I haven't been able to download any updates from the windows update site for two days. Where does one go for updates when the windows site is down?

Its not down now, but it is SLOW.

I am pulling 21 MB of updates and it is estimating 20 minutes.

I am on a 50Mbps line here at the office. I know what my inbound and outbound are for the network. The slowdown ain't me.

I got home and tried it and it was fine. Must just be our dsl line at work.

I've noticed it being slow for a while now.

I have Pacbell DSL and it was down for a couple hours on Thursday. Most of the time the MS Windows download site is very fast.

I think the download speed depends on the time of day you tried to download updates.

My ISP uses CISCO servers and they do seem to slow down or go down every once in a while.

I click on scan for updates and it tells me there are no updates to install. This is after a FRESH install of XP Pro! Yikes this looks bad.
