Windows time

I'm having trouble with getting my Windows 2k server to sinc with the time server I specify. Which time servers do you folks use? I have tried time.microsoft.com and tock.usno.navy.mil and I can't get either one to sinc up my time. i keep getting w32time errors in sys log.

I use time.xmission.com with Atomic TimeSync.
