Windows Time Synchronization Service Problem

My computer's clock keeps on falling behind and I can't figure out what it is. I am sitting behind a domain controller, and all the other computers on my floor seem to get the time fine, and i checked to make sure win32Time was running, and it was - it's always been running. But for whatever reason the time is just screwed up.

I tried stopping the time synch service and then re-enabling, and that doesn't force the time to catch up either. I am running XP SP2 right now, but I don't know what the server version is. I just thought I might ask AT before I resorted to having to see if my admin can fix this. Has anybody experienced this same problem? Thanks in advance.

I made a batch file to force mine to update since it kept falling behind. I don't have a link or anything but I found the instructions somewhere on here.
