Windows Task Manager

I don't know how it happened...and I can't figure out how to fix it. The task manager alt+ctrl+del task manager, when it comes up, it doesn't have any of the top bars, the file menu and the tabs. I can't close it how do I get the bars back, thanks

You double clicked somewhere. Double click the gray area again.

Yeah, it's annoying that it does that.... scared me the first time it happened to me.
