yesterday i installed DKU-2 Software for Nokia 6585 connection to my laptop.
After installation, i decided not to use them and uninstall it again.
After successfull unistallation, it asked for the laptop to be restarted. Instead of restarting it, i shutdown the laptop and went for dining.
Today i start my laptop, everything goes well until the welcome message appeared. Then it delayed there for about 5 minutes, before finally starting all the start-up programs. What happened to my laptop? I hate to re-install them cos it's a new one and it took me about a day to install all the programs i needed. Is there a way to fix this?
I have used all programs in Norton systemworks, and nothing seemed to fix them. Please advise.
Here is my laptop specs:

Have you checked your msconfig file to make sure that you don't have anything hanging around on your startup list that you don't want? That would be my first place 2 start then I would do a safemode startup and run a spyware and Virus scan.
