Windows Sound Drivers?

Hey,

Recently began re-building my PC (after sorting out the funds) with that i bought my new seagate 250gb hard drive, i have recently installed windows profesional on it and i seem to be lacking in the sound department. Can anyone help me or direct me in the right direction to find some sound drivers.

- i will google it for now but anyhelp will be appreicated
