Windows Explorer sometimes is unresponsive and you can see it keeps loading the filelist from any Hard Drive forever:
The green bar takes say more than 10 secs to load and display anything. I use i7 4470 (RAM: 8 GB, Windows 8.1 Pro 64 bit) + SSD Samsung EVO 840, and 2 HDs:
* Samsung 750 GB (release date: 2008)
* WD Blue 1 TB (new)
I believe this happens because some Windows config. was disabled. Is there a way to find out, from this description, which one it's causing this?
