you know, when you make a shortcut, you can assign a keystroke to run it? like ctrl + alt + M to run mozilla, for example.
well, never in my life have i seen these things work. i put them in the start menu, i've put them on the desktop, i have them in some benign folder...no matter what, the keystroke never works. what gives?
