Windows Services Monitor/Restarter?

Unfortunately, for whatever reason, my VNC (registered as a service in WinXP) on my machine at school crashes 50% of the time once I log on and off of it a couple of times when I am away.

Is there an open-source or just freeware program out there that simply keeps monitoring a certain process/service in order to keep it running?

I need it to restart my VNC server automatically if it crashes or even let me have control over the services via web.

I've found http://www.serverdoc.com but just wanted to see if there were any other ones people use.

Thanks

Go to the property of the service, My Computer > Manage > Services. XP has a recovery option for services that support it. You can create a rule that tells the system what to do when the service fails.

Tried that, VNC crashed again and I can't connect although I told it to restart the service.

I've found about three different programs that does what I need to in some fashion, I'll post them when I get home.
