Windows Server Software Raid Help

Hi all, I have been using the Windows Server 2008 Software raid and it's been working fine so far. Now the CPU broke down and I need to move the hard drives to a new computer.

Do I need to do anything special to the software raid Hard Drives? or are they just plug and play? FYI, the new computer also runs on Windows Server 2008.
