Question Windows Server drops connections

Not sure where to post it, but i have a Windows Server 2012 R2 Sandbox (Hyper-V on Core 7 if that helps)
having interesting issues with it randomly dropping all connections but irrelevant to anything else.

Seems like networking issue, but logs are clear. Also happens only from one PC (windows 8.1) and only remote desktop and IIS (HTTPs, sFTP).
Network path is rather clear not much weird hardware or software on the way.

I do not want to fix it (it is very simple), but find the reason for it, any idea what to look for?

- Check for network driver updates on the Virtual Host and server
- Check your DNS settings
- Check for IP conflicts

Thank you. This all seems to be fine.
drivers i stick to what windows comes with, had only good experience so far. Might be the issue though as it is the only machine with realtec.
ip conflicts, i hope not.
