Windows server backup, will it backup all roles/features?

Thinking about rebuilding my server which would mean a fresh install of Server 2k8. Will the built in 'Windows Server Backup' feature backup the entire state of my OS install so that when I reinstall Ill keep all my installed roles and features along with their configurations?
