Windows Server 2012 Workstation- Windows 8 for Real Men

Anyone else try it? License cost is somewhat prohibitive for production use, but I'm testing it using an MSDN licenses and it's kinda what I wish Windows 8 was. Same technology, but cleaned up and not loaded with useless apps all over the screen.

Ultimately you can probably prune a regular Windows 8 install down to the bare-bones look and feel of Server 2012, but out of the box I absolutely prefer this OS. It's too bad that it costs about 30X as much for a license.

I've been using it since it went RTM, still haven't been able to get the Intel RSTe drivers installed without blowing up the OS. Finally just went single drive instead of RAID 0 and manually installed the driver instead of the package. More of a pain to convert to a workstation then 2008 R2, but so far I've been able to get every thing I've tried working. vCenter 5.1 install was more difficult then it should be, but it works.
