Is Windows Server 2003 64Bit?

And err, I have a little problem, my friend lent me a copy of Windows Server 2003. I installed it and when I put in the CD Key it was invalid.

Now, I Know its a bootlegged version but how can I uninstall it so I can install XP?

Please dont flame.

Boot the machine off the XP CD (either 32 or 64 bit); during the install specify to format the drive.

Think I will try the 64 bit version.
I applied w2003 SP1 and it failed, rolled back but then wouldn't boot.
Tried a clean secondary install, and applied SP1, same result, broke at a different place but at least it rebooted. On rebooting it runs CHKDSK, and then reboots again. Not sure why it's failing. This is my primary workstation and test box,so was really... upset to lose all my working software. Not sure what went wrong but be careful when you apply SP1.
