I have a 2003 Standard server that was working fine a few days ago. The SSL certificate for the website was about to expire next month, so I renewed it at Godaddy. I installed the SSL certificate. The website works just fine. However, when try to access https sites with godaddy ssl certificates from the server I get the "Cannot display this page" error.

Other sites work fine - anything by Thawte or VeriSign come up correctly. It is just the godaddy sites that will not display. I'm positive this has something to do with installing the new certificate...just not sure what. Any ideas?

The SSL certificates installed in IIS should have nothing to do with IE, unless you did something funky with the trusted root store during your installation.

Found the problem last night. I accidentally disabled a trusted root certificate for Godaddy. Re-enabled it and it all works now.
