Windows Server 2003 Standard licensing

We have 9 servers, 3 run Server 2003 Standard, 2 run Server 2003 Enterprise in a cluster, and the other 4 are Server 2000 Standard.

If we upgrade the 4 servers with 2000 to 2003, do we need to buy any CALs? The person I got the quote from said no, and our network engineer said he didn't know.

I hate Microsoft licensing... anyone here know for sure?

Not to my knowledge. You have to buy new CAL's for 2003...I don't think they have an upgrade price for this.
