Windows Server 2003 - Small Business Server R2

Hey guys. I have Windows Server 2003. Is there any way I can reboot the machine and have it boot right in, instead of having to hit ctrl alt del and have to login? This will help me out a ton if you guys can tell me how, thanks!

better to make whatever program you are running a service if you can

As stated though, if it's truely a server this isn't the best of ideas from a security standpoint.
