Windows Server 2003: Removing user's printer

Our company is using Windows Server 2003, and Windows XP Prof for the workstations. I have a user who cannot remove a printer. It gives her the message "Printer cannot be removed. Access is denied." The printer she is trying to remove is connected through the network, but it still looks like a shared printer (I can see the hand symbol in front of the printer; meaning that it is shared?). Any ideas on what I can do so she can remove the printer?
