Windows Server 2003 Group Policy Templates

I'm looking for some additional group policy templates for server 2003. Does anyone know of a place to find some good ones?

Windows Server 2003 HArdening Guide. Just about as locked down as it gets, also has GP Templates for XP Worsktations.

What rbrandon suggested is a great start, but what are you trying to accomplish? Is it a locked down environment? Some other setting?

I've used the hardening guide, and it's great.

One of the things we're looking for now is a way to force a certain set of icons to the desktop of every user. I'm also open to any cool/useful policies as well.
