Recently i snagged an IBM Eserver 325 off ebay. For those that dont know already a few sellers have them listed for about 220.oo via "Buy it Now" or you can bid in and get lucky at 130-200ish. Specs:

Dual Opteron 2ghz
2gig ram
120 IDE 7200
SCSI onboard
CD
1U Rack
etc..

For starters i have a server 2003 1 year trial from Microsoft.
I plan to put in a different drive and maybe a pci usb 2.0 card. I was thinking on a pci video for dual monitors but I am unsure about drivers. If i had something like a usb wireless thumb drive would that work under win server 2003? I remember when you could use the old win 2000 drivers for XP and also the 98 drives for win ME. Can you use win xp drivers for windows server 2003?

Those two slots are PCI-X. Find out what minimum frequency they support. Some PCI-X slots won't support anything slower than 100MHz cards, and can make finding inexpensive cards a nightmare.
