Windows Server 2000 and USB now :)

Alrighty, I Just did a parrell install of Win2k pro on the server to get it upa nd running at least, so I can get some data off - I have an external USB Drive, and I Just loaded SP4 on the Server OS, however, still no go on my drive being shown according to the disk manager any feedback?

Try going to Device Manager, finding the USB controllers, doing an Uninstall on them, and then let Windows rediscover them (reboot or have it do a Scan for Hardware Changes). Any good? 😕

I'm thinking it's a strange parallels thing, as I've never had USB drive issues with 2K server.

Parallels as in the virtualization software? :confused I didn't see any reference to that by the OP so I'm not sure what youre refering to...
