Windows RT / 8.1 RT System Image

Seen this over at Arstechnica that some systems before the updates was pulled ends up being not able to boot you can now download the Windows 8 RT system restore image to be able to boot it up.

I did not see this posted so I figured that it would post it here.
By the look of it will restore the system back to 8.0.
