Ok here is my new build
gigabyte nforce570sli
amd x2 5000+
2gb ocz dual channel DDR2 800
Seagate 7200 rpm 250GB 16mb IDE ATA drive

bios posted everything is fine memory is at 2gb cpu is running at its stock speed and mobo posted.

now when it boots the windows cd and it copies the files, formats a partition NTFS and creates the network and accepts the cd key. Now when it starts copying files under Step 3 installing windows, i will get popups looking for a missing dll file such as IEexporer6.dll or lwmcill.dll and i broswe the cd and find it under I386 but it doesnt accept it. I am stumped and cant get windows installed. BTW this might make a huge difference but i do not know. It is a legit copy I purchased of Microsoft Professional Service Pack 1, but Licensing Edition. Any ideas anyone? thanks!!

There are a number of issues that can cause this.

1. Faulty Hard drive, download and run your manuf diag tools
2. Bad memory. Download www.goldmemory.cz or memtest86+ and see if there are errors
3. Or most likely a bad copy of the cd
