Windows Question

Ok, so I just purchased a tablet pc from Toshiba and I have a couple of questions. First off, I'd like to set it up MY WAY, with out all the junk that is included with toshibas packaging. But I don't want to lose any of the functionality of the system.

Is it legal for me to use a tablet pc cd and install windows tablet edition with my serial number, instead of just using the cd that came with toshiba?

If so, how do I extract my CD key? It might be printed somewhere, but I haven't checked yet.

Also, I'm assuming I'll be able to pull the drivers for the extra tablet buttons etc, from toshibas cd or website. Assuming this is ok!

I should think you are allowed to reformat and reinstall at any time. If you use the CD that came with Toshiba, you should still be able to choose what you want to install, just install the drivers and the OS.
