Windows Protection error on shutdown!

Hi, i have winme with 128mb kingston oem memory. my problem is that when I shutdown my system it blue screen's and says that there was a Windows Protection Error. System Halted.

then i have to manually shutdown the computer. what could the problem be?
 
Are you using an nVidia based video card? I had the same problem with my tnt2 card with nVidia detonator 3 drivers (6.18). I switch to Detonator 2 (5.33) and it fixed the problem.
 
I want say anything bad about nividia they doing it their self by putting out drivers that are not cooked yet.I just hope they have them rdy for the new utra cards being sent out as I type this post.
