Windows processes hang at boot

Recently i installed a waccom tablet and its driver, afterwards i noticed that when i boot into windows, i instantly load my desktop (like normal) BUT i have to wait a good 4 minutes for windows processes to load, and then my antivirus followed by my firewall and finally the waccom tablet driver.

It seems like something is stalling the processes and drivers from loading fast, is there anyway to fix this and see whats causing this massive slow down?

Note i can boot into OS in under 20 seconds and have everything loaded and running, I can even browse the web and such, but i still have to wait for misc, windows processes and my firewall/antivirus. It was never this bad..

Look in the Event Viewer to see if there are some events that would shed light on the problem (services failing to start, etc).

i disabled sygate personal firewall, and that seemed to speed up the load time for the anti virus, but the waccom tablet driver still taking about 3min, AND it seems its holdling up other windows processes as well... 🙁

I see. Do you see any events in the Windows Event Viewer that might give clues as to what's the matter?
