Windows problems, constant rebooting, power supply problem?

I just built my new computer

Antec 430 Watt True Power
Asus P4P800 Deluxe
P4c 2.4ghz
2x512meg Corsair XMS pc3200
SB Audigy2
Radeon 9800
36gig WD Raptor 10,000rpm sata drive
Liteon 16x DVD burner
Liteon DVD +- RW drive
2x 200gig WD 7200 rpm drives

So that's the lowdown. When I run just one of the 200gig drives things seem to work. When I run a second, I get windows errors and it reboots (Winxp's blue screen solution). Do you guys think it's the power supply? I thought 430W could be enough, but I'm not so sure anymore. I guess I could put the HD in my other comp, but I was hoping to keep them both together. Any ideas?

The PSU should be adequate. Check its 110/220 switch first.

The next thing you should do is relax your RAM timings and boost memory voltage to 2.7-2.75 volts. Since I took the trouble to type up the instructions, here you go (if you need them): thread (edit: that's for the P4C800, adapt as needed).

wow... thanks. I didn't think memory timings and voltage would have that much to do with everything else, but everything seems to work now. I'm copying most of the data from the old 200gig to the new one, and it hasn't locked up for 8 minutes now. We'll see if it stays working, gonna run memtest 86 on it over night too.

well, it's better at least... just had anotehr lockup and it rebooted itself. I keep getting paging errors on the drive (at least that is what system log is telling me). I used to get them on my other comp too when the PS was messing up. Guess I'll play around a little bit more, but it's still working better than it did. Maybe I'll lower the ram timings even more.
