Windows Photo Viewer very slow

Hi all,

why is the Windows Photo Viewer loads images that slow.
I mean it will be blocky in the beginning and after 2seconds then the whole images will be loaded.

It won't happen when i use Faststone images viewer. Everything is right there when i click the mouse.

I have a i7 with 4gb and videocard installed. so the spec should be a problem.

I am wondering if i have ruin the registry. Let say cache for the photo are cleared every time i run "cclean"

not sure. on my atom netbook its definitely the fastest photoviewer. NOT the windows live photo viewer though, that thing is slow. but the built in windows photo viewer is always lightning quick.

the windows photo view is quick, in the beginning.
I don't know why it takes so long to load an image.
is it caching problem?

when i put the notebook to speed mode, which is using a video card Radeon 6470M, it works perfectly fast.
When i put it to Stamina mode, using intel HD graphics, then it is where the slow loading pictures start.

I remember it doesn't happen when i was using build-in graphics card in the beginning.
