Is it possible to use my xbox360 controller on my Lumia 1520? I use it with my windows tablet but the tablet has a standard USB 3.0 connector. I'm not even sure the phone has the correct drivers even though it runs windows 8.1 . Do you think a mini USB to standard USB adapter will work? Any help or experience is appreciated.

I doubt the Xbox 360 controller works with Windows Phone. If it were Windows 8.1, sure, but ARM-based Windows Phone 8.1 doesn't have the necessary drivers, as far as I know, and it would probably need to be a bluetooth-based controller, anyway. What you are asking would work with an Android phone, as most support USB OTG for wired connection.

360 Controllers work with the arm based Surface 2, so it should be easy enough for Microsoft to get it working with a phone.

However, right now its a no go due to no drivers.
