Windows option - minimize effect?

Is there a way to turn off the animation when minimizing in Vista? I find it annoying when working with 2 monitors.
 
Right Click 'Computer', Choose Properties, 'Advanced System Settings', on the 'Advanced' tab, under 'Performance' choose 'Settings'...
'Animate Windows when minimizing and maximizing'.
