Windows On Secondary Controller?

I just bought a new hard drive and left my Win98 setup exactly how it was on my old hard drive. Can I have both hard drives in and run both OS's (obviously not at the same time) ? I have WinXP on my primary controller and Win98 on my secondary.
 
You can use PowerQuest BootMagic or System Commander if a dos based OS (9X included) is on the primary (HDD 0) controller. There are also several free bootloaders as well, check out download.com.

I thought WinXP had a boot loader? Is it not detecting my Win98? I can see all the files and stuff from WinXP.
