Windows OEM licensing question

Will I have a problem with Microsoft if I install XP Pro OEM on a new computer, then upgrade the motherboard, CPU and hard drive? Can I call them and get a new key, or will they say that I have a new computer at this point and the OEM license is no longer valid?

The OEM version is licensed to the System. I believe you had to make 6 or 7 Hardware changes to cause a reactivation issue. Even so, if the OEM Sticker and Product code are on the box even re-activation should not be an issue. Don't worry about it.
