Windows NT4->2000AD User Login question

Greetings!

I have NT4 as my domain server, for my user network. If I upgrade that server to Win 2000 Active Directory, and put users in different OU's (organizational units) will we have to change anything at their desktops for when they try to login the next day?

(ie instead of their login unsername as "JOECOOL" would it have to say "JOECOOL@rda.dom.com" if that was the AD OU they were placed in, or can we continue with just "JOECOOL" as their login and it would automatically find & authenticate their username) ?

OU doenst change the way users log on. You can put users in different ou but they will still have to log on using their user name.
