windows NT server

I have an older windows NT 4.0 server, when i boot it up i get a unkown "KMODE_EXCEPTION_ERROR". When i take the network card of the server it boots up fine. Can anyone help me here?

kmode_exception_not_handled
cpuid:genune intel 6.5.2 irqq:1f sysver 0xf0000565
then alot of xxx and ooo and lists a bunch of other stuff, then it dumps the memory and restarts the system, the error is to long for me to get it all.

try the NIC in a different slot? or maybe another NIC?
Maybe try uninstalling the drivers and TCP/IP from the OS, reboot, reinstall with the latest drivers..I had a weird problem with NT4W a while back...

I took the NIC out and tried a different slot and the machine did the same thing, i took it back out and the machine booted up with alot of errors, lots of services failed to start, when i try to use almost anything from the administrator control panel it gives me an error that the workstation is not running. When i look at the event viewer there are tons of services failed.

If i had a place to host it i would post a log of my event viewer.

To answer your question lilithtech none of those services are running.

Any help on this would be much appreciated, im pretty lost right now

This is the exact error:
